Friday Night Unwind

Featuring Yoga Nidra, Transformational Rest Meditation

Enter a space of profound peace and renewal to release the tensions of the week and re-energize your mind, body, and soul.

We will begin with simple self-care practices that you can use anytime to relieve stress and calm your mind and emotions. We will then settle in for yoga nidra rest meditation, a gentle guided meditation practice that brings profound relaxation and healing. All that is required is to lie (or sit) down and listen.  In this place of deep rest, true change begins.

Friday Night Unwind is for you if:

Daring to Rest Women's Rest Circle It's time to meet your well-rested woman. Daring to Rest is a 40-day program to erase fatigue and reclaim your power and purpose using yoga nidra meditation. Join a supportive community of women committed to incorporating the healing, restorative, and transformative benefits of rest into their lives. Daring to Rest facilitator Rachel Hartenstein will be your guide (and biggest cheerleader!). How It Works We will begin on Sunday, September 23 (Day 1), and finish on Friday, November 2 (Day 41). Each day, you will practice yoga nidra at home, whenever it fits best in your day, using the provided recorded meditations. We will meet nine times (every five days) for a group Q&A phone call as we move through each stage of the Daring to Rest program. (Phone gatherings will be recorded, so if you can't join us live, you won't miss out!) You will also receive email support and are invited to join our private Facebook group to share your experiences and questions. Meeting Dates: All meetings are by phone, at noon EDT.
